How To Order
 Ordering is Safe and Easy!
Ordering products with CoatOfArms.com is very safe - and easy to accomplish! Simply identify the product or products you are interested in, and simply follow the steps as instructed.
1. Find the product or products you are interested in.
2. Select the product by clicking on the “Add to Cart” link. This will put that item in your “shopping cart”, just as if you were in a real store. If that one item is all you want, simply click on “Checkout”. This will take you to the checkout line where you will pay for your purchase. (If you want an additional item or items, put those in your cart before you click on "checkout".)
3. Be sure to indicate the "Family Name" and "Country of Origin" you want products for. You will be asked for this information during the Checkout process. If you don't know the country of origin, or are unsure, we will research the origin for you. If you do not indicate an origin, and the family name has more than one country of origin, we will use the most dominant country of origin. Be careful to check the spelling of your Family Name!
4. Follow step-by-step instructions for an easy and safe transaction!
Considerations on when to place multiple orders
You will need to place multiple orders (checkout multiple times) when the following situations are present:
When it is your desire to have products shipped to more that one location. If you need multiple products shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each “ship to” address.
For example - you want to purchase two Coat of Arms, and you want one shipped to John Miller in New York, and one shipped to Janet Miller in California. You will need to place two separate orders, one for shipment to John and one for shipment to Janet.
Orders by Mail or Fax
All your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted to us. We believe our online order system is the most secure way to purchase products. You may, however, feel more comfortable faxing us your order with your credit card number, or mailing your order with a personal check or money order. That's fine too!If you would prefer to Fax or Mail your order, please use the Fax/Mail Order Form. After printing this form, simply mail us the completed form with your personal check or money order, or fax us the form with your credit card number to: 1-913-888-4474. Please note: When faxing or mailing this form, you will need to included shipping charges. To calculate shipping charges for your order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product or products to want to buy. The correct shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart.
We will confirm that we received your order by email! If you have difficulty downloading our Fax/Mail Order Form, you may need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Family Reunions and Other Events
Do you have a special event where a large number of products will be needed? If you are planning a family reunion or other event where 10 or more similar products will be needed, and these products will be shipped to the same address, please send us an email asking for a quote. For orders of this nature, we will extend a discount on the products, based upon your order quantity, plus reduced shipping charges!
How long will it take to receive my order?
For most products it will take up to 5 to 8 days for us to research and prepare your order before shipment. With some custom and hand-made products, additional production time will be necessary, and we have made note of that on those individual products.
This means that for Most Products it will take up to:
-20 to 25 Days for UPS Ground
Please plan your purchase lead-times accordingly. We will do our best to beat these timeframes if at all possible.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until we verify that we have the appropriate product for your specific Family Name. Once the research is complete and your order begins the production phase, your credit card will be charged.
